Bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to service, Ted is a dedicated Realtor with the Florida Real Estate Company in Lakeland, Florida. After a distinguished 20-year career in the U.S. Army that included three combat tours, he intimately understands the unique challenges and opportunities involved in finding the perfect home.

His military career culminated as the Executive Officer to the CENTCOM Command Senior Enlisted Leader, where he was instrumental in directing enlisted force management for 50,000 personnel across 21 countries. Ted also led enlisted strategic messaging and facilitated critical information flow to commanders across the Department of Defense. This extensive background honed exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, all directly leveraged to advocate for real estate clients.

Throughout his service, Ted consistently guided fellow Soldiers through the complexities of moving, renting, and home-buying, fostering a natural and seamless transition into real estate. He’s passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the Florida market with confidence and ease.

Beyond his professional life, Ted’s greatest joy comes from his family. He has been happily married to his best friend, Kristin, since 2008, and they are blessed with three wonderful children. In his spare time, he continues to serve by helping Soldiers and veterans cope with PTSD, demonstrating an ongoing dedication to the well-being of those who have served.
